Complete work in two volumes, in large Folio, (43 x 34 cm), with its publisher's cribs, in very good condition. Volume “Texts”, bilingual: 177 pp., (includes front cover, cover, v. in bl.), + 1 h. in the Spanish version, and another version, in English, with 170 pp., both in branch. Volume "Illustrations": with its original covers, front cover, cover, v. in bl., 44 plates, 2 h index, 4 h. The edition, of five hundred copies, all registered and out of commerce, was printed on Conqueror paper.
The history of our region is nourished by merchant shipping from its first sightings by European explorers; Dr. Ana María Zaefferer de Goyeneche explains it well in this singular work, enriched with a wide iconographic repertoire.
