It is an early periodical publication that gathers the activity of the municipality of Buenos Aires during the years that go from the transition of the national governments from Hipólito Yrigoyen to Marcelo T. de Alvear. A very rare complete copy that allows you to see the citizen policies of the years 1919 and 1920. Its first issue was published when Dr. Joaquín Llambías was mayor of the City of Buenos Aires, and up to number 50, it reflected in its pages the work carried out by his successors, José Luis Cantilo and Juan Bartneche.

With a weekly periodicity, this Gazette was born with the purpose of publicizing the municipal work, always in contact with the Intendancy and the Deliberative Council. Each number included the decrees, regulations and ordinances in the desire to fulfill an important task for industries and commerce, even commenting -it was his editorial commitment- said norms for a better interpretation and compliance.
