La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, headquartered in France, is an international gastronomy association, focused on brotherhood, friendship, camaraderie and sharing a passion for the culinary arts. The community -founded in 1950- brings together just under 25,000 members distributed in 80 countries located on five continents. It brings together professionals and other people passionate about good food and wines, promoting the continuation of the great culinary traditions.

Its values include: "I will always honor the art of cooking and the culture of the table and I will always fulfill my obligations of brotherhood and respect with my fellow members”.

The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is organized internationally by national, provincial and local bailliates, comprising a country, a region of it, and a smaller city or region, respectively. As a great authority, a Bailli -alguacil- is chosen at the national, regional and local level, who among other functions, award an annual bronze award, while the silver award can only be awarded by the Bailli Délégué, of national rank, and can do it to a national or amateur member, as long as they deserve to be recognized for their management, knowledge and conduct. We offer here two of them.
