The Album presents a modern editorial direction. Of particular interest is the prologue by historian Juan O'Leary who recalls and ponders the trajectory of the Monte Domecq firm since its installation in Paraguay. The work presents government management with an overview of the various executive, legislative and judicial fields.

In the course of half a century of this publishing firm in Guaraní land, the elements that rank the Album are the photographs, of better quality than those published in previous years -this practice began in 1911-, showing at the same time, the renewal of productive activities throughout the country. The history of the Central Railway of Paraguay, notable for its early completion, includes, together with trajectories such as those of the Casado del Alisal company and its descendants, importance not only in the recovery of Paraguay after the Triple Alliance War of the 19th century. , but also after the confrontation with Bolivia in the 1930s.

A remarkable poetic text is transcribed in homage to the work of Paraguayan women, the work of the Argentine teacher José María Monzón in 1887, written when he went to collaborate in the recovery of the educational system in a country devastated by war.
