Edition in Spanish and English, illustrated with photographs by Guillermo Kahlo and other authors. The work published during the government of General Porfirio Díaz, gathers extensive information on the different ministries and secretariats of State, and their public actions. And in the second volume it covers the different Mexican states from Guanajuato to Sinaloa and even the Federal Territories of Baja California, Quintana Roo and Tepic. The work was completed with two other volumes. He sought to inform potential North American and European investors about the benefits of this country as a destination for their capital and economic efforts.
