Antonio Zinny (1821 - 1890), was born in Gibraltar and lived in Argentina since 1842. Here he dedicated himself to teaching English and also worked as a translator for the Gaceta Mercantil and the American Archive newspapers. His link with education continued for Years also working at the University, he even founded a college, but his great contribution over time was his bibliographic studies, editing various titles, including the "Appendix to the Buenos Aires Gazette”.
